Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inflasi, Tingkat Pendidikan, Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) Terhadap Upah Minimum. Data yang digunakan pada tiap variabel menggunakan data sekunder yaitu tingkat inflasi, rata- rata lama sekolah, product domestic regional bruto dan upah minimum provinsi. Data diperoleh dari provinsi di Pulau Jawa yaitu Banten, DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, D.I.Yogyakarta dan Jawa Timur. Waktu yang digunakan dalam penelitian selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2015-2019. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan Fixed Effect Model berdasarkan uji Chow. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inflasi, tingkat pendidikan dan product domestic regional bruto berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap upah minimum provinsi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjadi saran bagi pemerintah untuk memperhatikan indikator lain dalam kebijakan penetapan upah minimum provinsi. Kata Kunci : Upah Minimum, Inflasi, Tingkat Pendidikan, Product domestic regional bruto *** This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Education Level, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on the Minimum Wage. The data used in each variable uses secondary data, namely the inflation rate, the average length of schooling, the gross regional domestic product and the provincial minimum wage. Data were obtained from provinces in Java, namely Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, D.I.Yogyakarta and East Java. The time used in the study was 5 years from 2015-2019. The data analysis technique used regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model based on the Chow test. The results show that inflation, education level and gross regional domestic product have a positive and significant effect on the provincial minimum wage. The results of this study also become suggestions for the government to pay attention to other indicators in the provincial minimum wage setting policy.
