Abstract

Pengetahuan sistem imun merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan dan meningkatkan imun tubuh. Pengetahuan sistem imun yang diajarkan kepada peserta didik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai informasi, namun diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan sikap positif salah satunya adalah sikap penggunaan herbal sebagai imunomodulator. Hal ini dikarenakan pengetahuan memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan suatu sikap dalam diri seorang individu. Sikap positif penggunaan herbal penting dimiliki peserta didik SMA agar dapat meningkatkan sistem imunnya dan terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan sistem imun dengan sikap penggunaan herbal sebagai imunomodulator pada peserta didik SMA. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan sistem imun dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap penggunaan herbal sebagai imunomodulator. Sampling dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan dilanjutkan dengan simple random sampling hingga didapatkan 80 responden. Pengujian koefisien korelasi kedua variabel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,014 < 0,05 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,274. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan bersifat lemah dan positif antara pengetahuan sistem imun dengan sikap penggunaan herbal. ********** Knowledge about the immune system is important in order to maintain health and increase body immunity. This knowledge taught to students not only serves as information, but also hopes that students will be able to have a positive attitude towards knowledge in it, one of which is the attitude of using herbs as immunomodulators. This is because knowledge has a crucial part in developing the attitude inside every individual. A positive attitude of using herbs as immunomodulators is important for high school students to be able to improve their immune system and avoid various diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about the immune system and the attitude of using herbs as immunomodulators among high school students. This research method is correlational descriptive. The independent variable in this study was knowledge about the immune system and the dependent variable in this study was the attitude of using herbs as immunomodulators. 80 samples were obtained using purposive sampling continued by simple random sampling technique. The coefficient correlation was tested using the Pearson Product Moment formula. The significance value obtained from the calculation was 0.014 < 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.274. It can be concluded that there is a weak and positive relationship between knowledge of the immune system and the attitude of using herbs among high school students.
