Abstract

The Resulting Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) sebanyak 24 butir; (2) subjective well- being sebanyak 24 butir. Kata kunci: adaptabilitas karir, mahasiswa tingkat akhir, subjective well-being *** This study aims to obtain an overview of the effect of career adaptability on subjective well-being in final year students. This research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta. The research method uses associative quantitative research. The population in this study were final year students at the State University of Jakarta, with a total sample of 284 respondents. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Statified Random Sampling. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression test. This measuring instrument uses a Likert scale, while the measuring instrument in this study uses The Resulting Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) as many as 24 items; (2) subjective well-being as many as 24 items. The results showed that career adaptability had a positive effect on subjective well-being. These results indicate that the higher the career adaptability, the higher the subjective well-being. The coefficient of determination obtained is 72.3%, which means that career adaptability affects subjective well-being by 72.3% and the other 27.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, the influence of career adaptability on subjective well-being provides students with more knowledge about the importance of subjective well-being at the end of the lecture.
