Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapsiagaan pemilik warung kelontong dalam menghadapi bencana banjir yang difokuskan pada wilayah rawan banjir sepanjang Ciliwung Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga Juni 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan teknik skoring pembobotan yang mengacu pada LIPI-UNESCO melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 62 warung kelontong. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu berjumlah 62 warung kelontong. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis wilayah yang menghasilkan peta wilayah rawan banjir dan peta persebaran warung kelontong serta analisis pengukuran tingkat kesiapsiagaan yang menghasilkan deskripsi tingkat kesiapsiagaan pemilik warung kelontong di wilayah rawan banjir Kelurahan Kampung Melayu dan Kelurahan Bidara Cina. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapsiagaan paling tinggi berada di wilayah kerawanan banjir rendah dengan nilai indeks 66 kategori siap. Kelurahan Bidara Cina memiliki tingkat yang berbeda dengan Kelurahan Kampung Melayu dengan selisih 6 nilai. Secara keseluruhan tingkat kesiapsiagaan pemilik warung kelontong dalam menghadapi banjir di wilayah rawan banjir sepanjang Ciliwung Kecamatan Jatinegara Jakarta Timur masuk kategori hampir siap dengan nilai indeks 61, sementara parameter dengan tingkat kesiapsiagaan tertinggi ialah sistem peringatan bencana dengan nilai indeks 77 kategori siap. * This study aims to measure the level of preparedness of grocery store owners in dealing with flood disasters, which is focused on flood-prone areas along Ciliwung, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta. This research was conducted from January to June 2022. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach using a weighting scoring technique that refers to LIPI-UNESCO through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study amounted to 62 grocery stalls. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method, which amounted to 62 grocery stalls. This study uses 2 data collection techniques, namely by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis in this study consisted of an area analysis that produced a map of flood-prone areas and a map of the distribution of grocery stalls as well as an analysis of the level of preparedness measurement that produced a description of the level of preparedness of grocery store owners in flood-prone areas of Kampung Melayu Village and Bidara Cina Village. The results of the analysis show that the highest level of preparedness is in areas of low flood susceptibility with an index value of 66 ready categories. Kelurahan Bidara Cina has a different level from Kelurahan Kampung Melayu with a difference of 6 points. Overall, the level of preparedness of grocery store owners in dealing with flooding in flood-prone areas along Ciliwung, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta is in the almost ready category with an index value of 61, while the parameter with the highest level of preparedness is a disaster warning system with an index value of 77 ready categories.
