Abstract
Dalam pemanfaatan sungai tidak hanya air dan alirannya, potensi yang dapat dimaksimalkan lainnya adalah bidang pariwisata, pariwisata yang mengutamakan pembelajaran dan konservasi lingkungan pada wilayah Sungai Ciliwung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rencana program dalam upaya pengembangan eduekowisata Ciliwung, Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan. Terdapat enam program yang tersedia diantaranya adalah Sekolah Sungai Ciliwung, D’Green Camp, Taman Ekoriparian Penanaman Pohoh, Kampung Iklim, Rafting, dan IPAL. Sedangkan terdapat delapan rencana program yang sudah disiapkan oleh pengelola untuk pengembangan eduekowisata Ciliwung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method dengan konsep desain squential explanatory. Subjek penelitian ini terdapat tiga informan kunci, yaitu Akademisi UNJ, Kepala UPK Dinas LH DKI Jakarta, Kepala Pemasaran Sudin Parekraf Jakarta Selatan. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dan analisis data menggunakan metode AHP (Analythical Hierarchy Process). Pemilihan kriteria dan alternatif berdasarkan kajian literatur yang dilakukan selama penlitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa urutan kriteria berdasarkan hierarki prioritasnya adalah edukasi (39,5%), pariwisata (31,6%), dan ekologi (28,9%). Sedangkan hasil penilaian alternatif secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan masyarakat (24,4%), program taman ecobrics (13,4%), dan program rekruitmen relawan (13,3%). ***** In utilizing the river not only water and its flow, other potentials that can be maximized are in the field of tourism, tourism that prioritizes learning and environmental conservation in the Ciliwung River area. This study aims to analyze the program plan in an effort to develop eduekotourism in Ciliwung, Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. There are six programs available including the Ciliwung River School, D'Green Camp, Pohoh Planting Ecoriparian Park, Climate Village, Rafting, and IPAL. Meanwhile, there are eight programs that have been prepared by the manager for the development of Ciliwung eduekotourism. The method used in this study is a mixed method with a Squential Explanatory design concept. The subjects of this research were three key informants, namely UNJ Academics, Head of UPK DKI Jakarta Environment Agency, Marketing Head of South Jakarta Parekraf Sub-dept. Using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. And data analysis using AHP (Analythical Hierarchy Process) method. Selection and alternatives based on literature review conducted during the research. The results of this study indicate that the order of criteria based on the priority hierarchy is education (39.5%), tourism (31.6%), and ecology (28.9%). While the results of the alternative assessment as a whole show that the community training program (24.4%), the ecobrics park program (13.4%), and the volunteer recruitment program (13.3%).
