Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kreativitas terhadap Pemecahan Masalah dalam Akuntansi pada mahasiswa/i prodi Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh mahasiswa/i aktif prodi S1 Akuntansi dan S1 Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2018-2020 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan probability random sampling dengan perolehan sampel sebanyak 186 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes dan kuesioner angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis berganda. Dari hasil pengujian data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Pemecahan Masalah. Kemudian didapatkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kreativitas terhadap Pemecahan Masalah. Dan yang terakhir didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kreativitas terhadap Pemecahan Masalah. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kreatifitas dapat menjadikan faktor penentu membuat Pemecahan Masalah dalam berbagai kasus yang dihadapi. *** This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Emotional Intelligence and Creativity on Problem Solving in the field of accounting in students of Accounting Study Program, State University of Jakarta. Using quantitative methods with a survey approach. The population taken is all active students of the S1 Accounting and S1 Accounting Education Study Program class 2018-2020 at the State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique was using probability random sampling with the acquisition of a sample of 186 samples. The instruments used are test instruments and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple analysis. From the results of data testing that has been carried out, it is found that there is a positive and significant influence between Emotional Intelligence on Problem Solving. Then it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between Creativity on Problem Solving. And finally, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between Emotional Intelligence and Creativity on Problem Solving. This study explains that Emotional Intelligence and Creativity can be the determining factors in making Problem Solving in various cases encountered.
