Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris mengenai hubungan antara pemahaman hak dan kewajiban dengan perilaku hukum siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-April 2022. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 4 Tangerang sebanyak 315 siswa. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sejumlah 76 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk variabel X dan angket untuk variabel Y dengan menggunakan google formulir. Uji prasyarat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil: tidak terdapat hubungan antara pemahaman hak dan kewajiban dengan perilaku hukum siswa. Terbukti dari hasil perhitungan regresi linear sederhana didapatkan Fhitung 3,289 < Ftabel 3,97 dengan taraf signifikansinya yaitu 0,074 > 0,05 artinya tidak memiliki arah yang signifikan. Uji korelasi produk moment didapatkan hasil bahwa rhitung -0,206 < rtabel 0,222 dengan signifikansi 0,074 > 0,05 artiya tidak terdapat hubungan dan nilai r berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Uji koefisiensi determinasi didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,043 artinya kontribusi variabel X dengan Y hanya sebesar 4,3% dan 95,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara pemahaman hak dan kewajiban dengan perilaku hukum siswa. This study aims to obtain empirical data regarding the relationship between understanding rights and obligations with students' legal behavior. This research was conducted in January-April 2022. The method in this study used a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMA Negeri 4 Tangerang as many as 315 students. Sampling in this study used a proportional random sampling technique of 76 students. The data collection technique used a test for the X variable and a questionnaire for the Y variable by using Google forms. The prerequisite test of data analysis in this study used the normality test and linearity test. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing that has been carried out, the results obtained: there is no relationship between understanding of rights and obligations with student legal behavior. It is evident from the results of simple linear regression calculations that Fcount 3.289 < Ftable 3.97 with a significance level of 0.074 > 0.05 which means that it does not have a significant direction. The product moment correlation test showed that rcount -0.206 < rtable 0.222 with a significance of 0.074 > 0.05, which means that there is no relationship and the value of r is in the very low category. The coefficient of determination test obtained the result of 0.043 which means that the contribution of the X and Y variables is only 4.3% and the remaining 95.7% is influenced by other factors. From the results above, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the understanding of rights and obligations with the legal behavior of students.
