Abstract

Perayaan Maulid Nabi merupakan salah satu tradis yang sering dilakukan oleh umat islam, salah satunya di Indonesia. Dalam Maulid Nabi menggambarkan dua perpaduan yaitu agama dan budaya. Agama dan Budaya ini bisa dilihat dari setiap prosesi dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai hubungan agama dan budaya dalam perayaan Maulid Nabi, untuk mengetahui macam-macam nilai yang terkandung dalam peringatan Maulid Nabi yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sipak. Selain itu juga penelitian mencoba menjelaskan mengenai sejauh mana pengaruh budaya dalam keberagamaan masyarakata Desa Sipak, terutama dalam perayaan Maulid. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus yang mendeskripsikan hubungan agama dan budaya dalam perayaan Maulid Nabi yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sipak Kabupaten Bogor pada bulan Oktober 2021. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang agama, teori budaya dan teori Maulid Nabi. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa dalam perayaan Maulid Nabi yang ada di Desa Sipak didalamnya terdapat hubungan antara agama dan budaya, hal ini tercermin dari maulid nabi yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat, dimulai dari tata cara pelaksanaan Maulid Nabi yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Serta tergambarkan pada setiap simbol-simbol yang memiliki makna yang terdapat dalam setiap rangkaiannya. ***** The celebration of the Mawlid al-Nabi is a tradition that is often carried out by Muslims, one of which is in Indonesia. The Mawlid al-Nabi describes two combinations, namely religion and culture. Religion and culture can be seen from each procession and the values contained therein. This study aims to analyze and describe the relationship between religion and culture in the celebration of the Mawlid al-Nabi, to find out the various values contained in the commemoration of the Mawlid al-Nabi which was held in Sipak Village. In addition, the study also tries to explain the extent of the influence of culture on the diversity of the people of Sipak Village, especially in the celebration of Mawlid al-Nabi. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research using a case study method describes the relationship between religion and culture in the celebration of the Mawlid al-Nabi which will be held in Sipak Village, Bogor Regency in October 2021. This study shows that in the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday in Sipak Village there is a relationship between religion and culture, this is reflected in the Mawlid al-Nabi which is carried out by the community, starting from the procedures for implementing the Mawlid al-Nabi which consists of the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. And depicted on every symbol that has meaning contained in each series.
