Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan profil organisasi belajar terhadap kinerja divisi servis dan divisi finance admnistration di Toyota Auto2000 Permata Hijau berdasarkan teori dari Marquardt. Teori ini terdiri dari lima aspek, yaitu aspek belajar, aspek organisasi, aspek manusia, aspek pengetahuan, dan aspek teknologi. Dalam organisasi belajar, Teknologi pendidikan berperan dalam memfasilitasi proses belajar manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja menggunakan berbagai sumber secara efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei dengan análisis pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari divisi servis mendapatkan nilai range result sebagai berikut: aspek belajar mendapatkan nilai range result 37.35 (sangat baik), aspek organisasi mendapatkan nilai range result 37.75 (sangat baik), aspek manusia mendapatkan nilai range result 37.3 (sangat baik), aspek pengetahuan mendapatkan nilai range result 35.9 (sangat baik), dan aspek teknologi mendapatkan nilai range result 37.2 (sangat baik). Selanjutnya hasil dari divisi finance administration mendapatkan nilai range result sebagai berikut: aspek belajar mendapatkan nilai range result 37.45 (sangat baik), aspek organisasi mendapatkan nilai range result 38.65 (sangat baik), aspek manusia mendapatkan nilai range result 37.75 (sangat baik), aspek pengetahuan mendapatkan nilai range result 37.2 (sangat baik), dan aspek teknologi mendapatkan nilai range result 38.25 (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil dari análisis data kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa penerapan profil organisasi belajar pada kinerja di divisi servis dan divisi finance administration dapat dikatakan sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Survei, Profil Organisasi Belajar, Teori Marquardt, Divisi Servis, Divisi Finance Administration ***** This study aims to compare the profile of learning organizations to the performance of the service division and finance administration division at Toyota Auto2000 Permata Hijau based on Marquardt's theory. This theory consists of five aspects, namely learning aspects, organizational aspects, human aspects, knowledge aspects, and technological aspects. In learning organizations, educational technology plays a role in facilitating the human learning process to improve performance using various sources effectively and efficiently. The research method used in this research is survey research method with quantitative approach analysis. The results of the service division get a range result value as follows: the learning aspect gets a range result value of 37.35 (very good), the organizational aspect gets a range result value of 37.75 (very good), the human aspect gets a range result value of 37.3 (very good), the knowledge aspect gets the result range value is 35.9 (very good), and the technological aspect gets the result range value is 37.2 (very good). Furthermore, the results from the finance administration division get a range result score as follows: the learning aspect gets a 37.45 (very good) range result value, the organizational aspect gets a 38.65 (very good) range result value, the human aspect gets a 37.75 range result value (very good), the knowledge gets a range result value of 37.2 (very good), and technological aspects get a range result value of 38.25 (very good). Based on the results of the analysis of quantitative data shows that the application of learning organizational profiles on performance in the service division and finance administration division can be said to be very good.
