Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out confirmatory information from colquit, Lepine, and Wesson models regarding the influence of instructional leadership, personality, integrity, and adaptive behavior of students in dealing with COVID-19. The survey method was used by involving 133 students as a sample in this study. There are 4 instruments in this study to measure students’ adaptive behavior, instructional leadership, personality and integrity. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics for linearity tests and path analysis. The results showed that instructional leadership has a direct effect on students’ adaptive behavior in facing the COVID-19 pandemic, integrity has a direct effect on students’ adaptive behavior in facing COVID-19 pandemic, instructional leadership has an insignificant direct effect, personality has a direct effect on integrity in facing COVID - 19, instructional leadership has an insignificant indirect effect on students’ adaptive behavior in facing COVID-19 through integrity, personality has an insignificant indirect effect on students’ adaptive behavior in dealing with COVID-19 through integrity. It can be concluded that integrity has not proven to be a good mediator, either as a mediator of Instructional leadership towards students’ adaptive behavior in facing COVID-19 or with personality towards students’ adaptive behavior dealing with COVID-19. The results of this study have also been made in the form of a book with AN ISBN. Keywords: Adaptive Behavior, instructional leadership, personality, integrity. ******** ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi konfirmatori dari model Colquit, Lepine, dan Wesson mengenai pengaruh Intrucsional leadership, Personality, Integrity, dan perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi COVID-19. Metode survei digunakan dengan melibatkan 133 siswa sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Ada 4 instrumen dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur perilaku adaptif mahasiswa, instructional leadership, personality dan integrity. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial untuk uji linieritas dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instructional leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi pandemic COVID-19, integrity berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi pandemic COVID-19, intrucsional leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap secara tidak signifikan, personality berpengaruh langsung terhadap integrity secara tidak signifikan, instructional leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi COVID-19 melalui integrity secara tidak signifikan, personality berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi COVID- 19 melalui integrity secara tidak signifikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa integrity tidak terbukti menjadi mediator yang baik, baik sebagai mediator dari Intructional leadership terhadap perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi COVID-19 maupun dengan personality terhadap perilaku adaptif mahasiswa dalam menghadapi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini juga telah dibuat dalam bentuk buku ber-ISSBN. Kata Kunci--- Perilaku Adaptif, instructional leadership, personality, integrity
