Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, mengembangkan, dan menemukan pengaruh entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, dan learning orientation dengan Kinerja IKM. Selanjutnya untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, mengembangkan, dan menemukan apakah entrepreneurial motivation dapat memediasi hubungan entrepreneurial competency dengan kinerja IKM, leadership agility dengan Kinerja IKM, dan learning orientation dengan Kinerja IKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatory survey dengan menuji pengaruh kausalitas, yang ditujukan kepada para pemilik/pengelola Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) sektor makanan dan minuman di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini ditujukan pada para pemilik/pengelola Industri Kecil dan Menengah yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan klasifikasi industri berdasarkan permenperin No. 64 tahun 2016, dengan jumlah responden 200 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik random sampling secara proporsional pada kelompok berdasarkan kabupaten dan kota yang ada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) aplikasi AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, dan learning orientation, dengan kinerja IKM di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, demikian juga terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan dari entrepreneurial competency, leaderhip agility, dan learning orientation terhadap kinerja IKM melalui entrepreneurial motivation. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengaruh entrepreneurial motivation terhadap kinerja IKM yang paling tinggi, dan entrepreneurial motivation terbukti signifikan berperan sebagai mediasi parsial dari entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, dan learning orientation terhadap kinerja IKM dengan pengaruh yang paling tinggi pada leadership agility terhadap entrepreneurial motivation. Kata Kunci: Kinerja IKM, entrepreneurial, competency, leadership agility, learning orientation, entrepreneurial motivation ********** The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze, develop, and find the effect of entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, and learning orientation, on the performance of IKM. Furthermore, to study, analyze, develop, and find whether entrepreneurial motivation can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial competency and IKM performance, leadership agility with IKM performance, and learning orientation with IKM performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with an explanatory survey method by examining the effect of causality, which is aimed at owners/managers of small and medium-sized industries (IKM) in the food and beverage sector in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research is aimed at the owners/managers of Small and Medium Industries which are grouped by industry classification based on Permenperin No. 64 in 2016, with a total of 200 respondents. The method of collecting data is proportional random sampling technique in groups based on districts and cities in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This type of associative research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis to determine the direct effect of entrepreneurial competency on IKM performance, leadership agility on IKM performance, and learning orientation on IKM performance, and the indirect effect of entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, and learning orientation on IKM performance through entrepreneurial motivation using the AMOS 23 application. The results show that there is a direct and significant influence between entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, and learning orientation, with the performance of IKM in West Nusa Tenggara Province, as well as there is a positive and significant indirect influences between entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, and learning orientation on IKM performance through entrepreneurial motivation. The novelty of this study is that the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on IKM performance is the highest, and entrepreneurial motivation has been shown to play a significant role as a partial mediation of entrepreneurial competency, leadership agility, and learning orientation on IKM performance with the highest influence on leadership agility on entrepreneurial motivation.
