Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) bergerak pada bidang industry telkomunikasi dan informasi, serta penyedia jasa dan jaringan telkomunikasi secara lengkap di Indonesia. Dikarenakan dunia telah mengalami perubahan budaya, sosial dan ekonomi secara luas berdasarkan teknologi digital yang semakin meningkat tak ketinggalan peran serta sumber daya yang handal terkait kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan Digital, Budaya Digital, Pembelajaran Organisasi,Inovasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) kuantitatif dengan teknik partial Least Square (PLS), Sampel 160 karyawan dengan populasi 306 karyawan yang berada di Jakarta dan Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Digital, Pembelajaran Organisasi, berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, Inovasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Digital, Pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Inovasi, ,kepemimpinan Digital, Budaya Digital melalui Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh langsung positif. Kepemimpinan digital tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepemimpinan Digital tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Inovasi, Pembelajaran Organisasi melalui Inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department perlu mengembangkan Kepemimpinan Digital, Budaya Digital, Pembelajaran organisasi dan Kinerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan Inovasi akan mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department ******** ABSTRACT PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department is a supporting institution in PT Telkom Indonesia, one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in the telecommunications and information industry, as well as a complete telecommunications service and network provider in Indonesia. This is because the world has experienced broad cultural, social and economic changes based on increasing digital technology, not to mention the role of reliable resources related to employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, digital culture, organizational learning, through innovation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department. This study uses a quantitative approach with partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The research sample is the employees of PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department, totaling 160 employees with a population of 306 employees located in Jakarta and Bandung, empirically the research results show that Digital Culture, Organizational Learning, has a direct effect on employee performance, Innovation has a direct positive effect on employee performance, Digital Culture, Organizational learning has a direct positive effect on Innovation, Digital leadership, Digital Culture through Innovation on Employee Performance has a direct positive effect. Digital leadership does not directly affect employee performance, Digital Leadership does not directly affect Innovation, Organizational Learning through Innovation has no effect on Employee Performance. The implications of the results of this study, PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department needs to develop Digital Leadership, Digital Culture, Organizational learning and employee performance in improving innovation will affect the performance of employees of PT.
