Abstract

***** The number of work accidents in Indonesia tends to increase every year, moreover, 32% of work accident cases in Indonesia occur in the construction sector. This study aims to evaluate the adaptation of the Occupational Health and safety Assesment Series (OHSAS) during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Cisauk Point Apartment project because it is one of the important factors in the success of construction project development, especially during this pandemic. This research is evaluation research using a countenance stake model which consists of three stages of evaluation, namely antecedents, transactions, and outputs. Data were obtained through interviews, distributing questionnaires, and observation/documentation studies in the field. Questionnaires were distributed to workers and employees, interviews were conducted with the head of K3 and workers/employees, observations were made to determine the adaptation of the of (OHSAS) directly in the field, and documentation as a complement to research data. The results of the study indicate that the Cisauk Point Apartment project adaptation of the implementation of (OHSAS) as a whole is quite good, but there are still many criteria that have not been implemented properly in the project, such as; the establishment of the COVID-19 task force, official collaboration with health facilities, prevention when entering the project site, COVID-19 briefing in safety morning talks, and daily body temperature measurement.
