Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan yang berjudul “Pengembangan Program Pelatihan NEOP (New Employee Orientation Program) untuk Karyawan Baru PT. Zurich Asuransi Indonesia, Tbk” bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu rancangan dan bahan ajar berupa program pelatihan yang dapat membantu PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk dalam menyelenggarakan pelatihan NEOP dimana pelatihan ini merupakan pelatihan wajib diikuti oleh karyawan baru Zurich Insurance. Berdasarkan metode yang digunakan, penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) yang dikembangkan oleh Prof. Dr. M. Atwi Suparman. Hasil penelitian berupa program pelatihan atau kurikulum pelatihan. Responden yang terlibat untuk mengevaluasi produk diantaranya, ahli materi instruksional dan ahli desain instruksional. Nilai yang didapatkan pada tahap evaluasi formatif oleh ahli materi adalah 3.54 (sangat baik), dan ahli desain pembelajaran 3.00 (baik). Hasil penilaian digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. **** The research development entitled “NEOP (New Employee Orientation Program) Training Program Development for New Employee at PT. Zurich Asuransi Indonesia, Tbk” aims to produce a design and learning materials in the forms of training curriculum that can help PT. Zurich Asuransi Indonesia, Tbk organizing a training of NEOP which is the mandatory training for Zurich’s new employee. Based on the method of this research included in the research and development method (research and development). The development model used is the Instructional Development Model (MPI) which was developed by Prof. Dr. M. Atwi Suparman. The result of the research is a training program or training. curriculum Respondents involved in evaluating the product include, instructional materials experts and instructional design experts. The score obtained at the formative evaluation stage by the material expert was 3.54 (very good), and the learning design expert 3.00 (good). The results of the assessment are used to improve product quality.
