Abstract

Pada mata pelajaran Teknik Furnitur di SMKN 4 Jakarta Kompetensi Keahlian Desain Interior dan Teknik Furnitur diketahui bahwa sebagian besar siswa mengalami beberapa kendala. Kendala – kendala tersebut antara lain siswa tidak memahami penjelasan saat materi dan praktik, sulitnya saat mendeskripsikan atau menganalisis suatu benda dengan detail, siswa sulit memahami materi jika tidak ada contoh dan praktiknya, dan tugas terlalu banyak dan waktu mengerjakannya sedikit. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan video pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa dalam proses belajar dan praktik penggunaan alat dan praktik pada mata pelajaran Teknik Furnitur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat media pembelajaran dalam bentuk video pada mata pelajaran Teknik Furnitur yang nantinya dapat membantu proses pembelajaran siswa baik teori maupun praktik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Metode ADDIE terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi lapangan melalui angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, media pembelajaran Teknik Furnitur berupa video pembelajaran ini mendapatkan persentase kelayakan 86,25%, sedangkan hasil validasi media mendapatkan persentase kelayakan 83,53%. Hasil uji coba kepada siswa menggunakan metode pretest dan postest dan metode praktik. Hasil postest dan pretest adalah 67,00 dan 92,00. Hasil rata-rata nilai praktik adalah 82,93 dan 83,93. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Based on the results of material expert validation, the learning media for Furniture Engineering in the form of this learning video gets a percentage of feasibility of 86.25%, while the results of media validation get a percentage of feasibility of 83.53%. The results of the trial to students using the pretest and postest method and the practice method. The postest and pretest results are 67.00 and 92.00. The average results of the practice scores were 82.93 and 83.93. Therefore, it can be concluded that the learning media proved effective in improving student learning outcomes.
