Abstract

Pembinaan sikap religius pada siswa di usia remaja bukanlah hal yang mudah, ditambah adanya pandemi Covid-19 dua tahun kebelakang ini yang berdampak pada Pendidikan sehingga pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar pun harus diadakan secara daring (online) dari rumah. Hal ini menjadi tantangan baru bagi seorang Guru khususya Guru PAI yang memiliki peran dalam pembinaan akhlak dimana hal tersebut berkaitan langsung dengan sikap dan perilaku siswa yang proses pembelajarannya tidak dapat digantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan Guru PAI dalam meningkatkan sikap religius siswa SMK PGRI 3 Bogor di masa pandemi dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai hasil dari strategi yang digunakan Guru PAI di SMK PGRI 3 Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan secara mendetail dan sesuai dengan temuan di lapangan mengenai strategi Guru PAI dalam meningkatkan sikap religius siswa SMK PGRI 3 Bogor di Masa Pandemi. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret Tahun 2022 dengan menyebarkan kusioner kepada siswa SMK PGRI 3 Bogor melalui gform dan juga wawancara ke beberapa siswa serta Guru PAI. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang strategi Guru dan teori tentang dimensi religius siswa. Hasil penelitian mengenai strategi Guru PAI dalam meningkatkan sikap religius siswa dimasa pandemi yaitu teridentifikasinya dua strategi yang digunakan Guru PAI diantaranya yaitu strategi umum dan strategi khusus. Strategi umum yang dilakukan Guru diantaranya: memaksimalkan dalam mengembangkan konsep diri sebagai guru, terampil dalam berkomunikasi, bersikap transaksional, melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan. Sedangkan strategi khusus yang digunakan Guru PAI ketika Guru akan menyampaikan pembelajaran melalui KBM yaitu dengan menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang akan digunakan saat KBM berlangsung baik dari segi model, metode atau teknik mengajar maupun pendekatan. Adapun teknik mengajar yang digunakan Guru PAI untuk mendukung model, metode dan pendekatan pada saat berlangsungnya KBM saat BDR diantaranya: menyesuaikan diri, mendengarkan siswa, menyadari situasi, melakukan tes/uji asumsi, memberikan umpan balik. Potret dari sikap religius siswa di masa pandemi tidak mengalami peningkatan ataupun penurunan, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan Guru PAI pada saat pandemi dapat mempengaruhi sikap religius siswa SMK PGRI 3 Bogor meskipun tidak ada peningkatan siswa yang signifikan. ***** Fostering religious attitudes in students at a young age is not easy, plus the Covid-19 pandemic in the past two years has had an impact on education so that the implementation of teaching and learning activities must also be held online from home. This is a new challenge for a teacher, especially an Islamic education teacher who has a role in moral development where it is directly related to the attitudes and behavior of students whose learning process cannot be replaced by technological advances. This study aims to identify and describe the strategies used by PAI teachers in improving the religious attitudes of students at SMK PGRI 3 Bogor during the pandemic from planning, implementing to the results of the strategies used by PAI teachers at SMK PGRI 3 Bogor. This study uses a descriptive type of research using a qualitative approach that describes in detail and is in accordance with the findings in the field regarding the strategy of PAI teachers in improving the religious attitudes of students at SMK PGRI 3 Bogor in the Pandemic Period. Sources of data obtained from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The research activity was carried out in February-March 2022 by distributing questionnaires to students of SMK PGRI 3 Bogor through a form and also interviews with several students and PAI teachers. The theory used in this study is the theory of the teacher's strategy and the theory of the religious dimension of students. The results of the study on the PAI teacher's strategy in improving students' religious attitudes during the pandemic were the identification of two strategies used by PAI teachers, namely general strategies and special strategies. The general strategies carried out by the teacher include: maximizing in developing self-concept as a teacher, skilled in communicating, being transactional, involving students in activities. Meanwhile, the special strategy used by PAI teachers when the teacher will deliver learning through KBM is by compiling a lesson plan that will be used during the teaching and learning process, both in terms of models, methods or teaching techniques and approaches. The teaching techniques used by PAI teachers to support models, methods and approaches during the teaching and learning process during BDR include: adjusting, listening to students, being aware of the situation, conducting tests/testing assumptions, providing feedback. The portrait of students' religious attitudes during the pandemic did not increase or decrease, this shows that the strategies used by PAI teachers during the pandemic can affect the religious attitudes of students at SMK PGRI 3 Bogor, although there is no significant increase in students.
