Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengukur relevansi program pelatihan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di LMS Trans Retail berdasarkan komponen dan karakteristik e-learning menurut Badrul Khan. Penelitian Evaluasi ini berfokus pada 4 dari 8 komponen model evaluasi hexagonal Badrul Khan, yaitu: Sistem Pembelajaran; Tampilan Halaman Muka; Sistem Evaluasi dan; Layanan Bantuan Belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Institut Carrefour Indonesia selama bulan September 2019 - Juli 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi program. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, observasi, analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Evaluasi dilakukan oleh expert dan peserta pelatihan. Adapun expert yang terlibat diantaranya adalah ahli materi, 2 orang ahli media dan ahli pembelajaran. Kuesioner disebar kepada 52 peserta pelatihan K3 yang berasal dari beragam daerah di Indonesia. Berdasarkan model Badrul Khan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari keempat komponen terdapat satu komponen yang terindikasi tidak baik dan perlu perbaikan yaitu komponen sistem pembelajaran. Pada komponen sistem pembelajaran terdapat 3 sub komponen yang belum mencapai kriteria baik, diantaranya sub komponen analisis media; pendekatan desain; dan blending strategies. ***** This research was conducted to measure the relevance of the OHS training program (Occupational Safety and Health) at LMS Trans Retail based on the components and characteristics of e-learning according to Badrul Khan. This evaluation research focused on 4 of the 8 components of Badrul Khan's hexagonal evaluation model, such as: Pedagogical Issues; Interface Design Issues; Evaluation Issues and; Resources Support Issues. This research was conducted at the Carrefour Indonesia Institute during September 2019 - July 2022. Based on the method, this research include program evaluation method. To collect all data needed, reasercher used questionnaires, observations, analyze document and interviews. Respondents who got involved in evaluated this LMS are experts and users. The experts consist of expert in learning material, expert in instructional design, and expert in instructional media. Questionnaires were distributed to 52 OHS training participants from various regions in Indonesia. Based on Badrul Khan's model, the results showed that there was one component that need improvement, which is learning system. In the learning system component, there are 3 sub-components that have not reached Badrul Khan's criteria, such as medium analysis; design approach; and blending strategies.
