Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi komponen context, input, process, dan product pada program National Paralympic Committee Cabang Olahraga Renang pada Paralympic Games 2021. Penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah komponen Pembinaan Prestasi, Atlet, dan Pelatih. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Evaluasi Konteks pada Program Pelatnas Paralympic 2021 cabang olahraga renang dari enam responden, dinyatakan sangat baik dengan empat responden (67%) dan dua Responden (33%) dinyatakan Baik. Dasar Hukum berupa SK dikategorikan Baik. Tujuan Program Pelanas Paralympic dikategorikan baik memiliki visi yang efektif menggambarkan secara jelas Pembinaan yang ingin dikembangkan dan Memiliki Misi yang Fokus pada tujuan, dapat dicapai,. Evaluasi Input / masukan dinyatakan dengan empat responden (67%) dinyatakan sangat baik dan dua responden (33%) dinyatakan baik. Pada komponen input, Sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung program Latihan dapat menunjang kegiatan latihan. Namun Pada saat PPKM Kolam Standart yang biasanya digunakan ditutup, Sehingga atlet berlatih di kolam yang belum berstandart. Sistem perekrutan atlet sudah terpola. belum ada pola untuk perekrutan pelatih. Memiliki pendanaan yang cukup bersumber dari kemenpora. Evaluasi Proses Pelaksanaan Program dengan dua responden (33%) dinyatakan sangat baik dan empat responden (67%) dainyatakan baik. Pelaksanaan Latihan sudah terealisasi dengan baik memikiki fase persiapan umum, khusus, kompetisi dan juga tes dan pengukuran yang terjadwal. Pengawasan Latihan dari pengurus juga sudah laksanakan dengan baik dengan adanya rapat bulanan. Koordinasi Cabang Olahraga renang dengan pembinaan prestasi belum memiliki dokumen berupa struktur jabatan pelatih sebagai bahan penetapan fungsi pelatih sesuai dengan jabatan pelatih berupa kepala pelatih. Evaluasi Produk dinyatakan cukup dengan empat responden (67%) dinyatakan cukup dan dua responden (33%) dinyatakan kurang baik Hasil Catatan Waktu Hanya bertahan pada babak penyisihan belum melampaui target dan justru catatan waktu lebih lambat dari hasil tryout. Rekomendasi pembinaan prestasi Renang NPC harus tetap dilanjutkan sesuai dengan Peraturan Undang-Undang Nomor Delapan Tahun 2016 dengan memperbaiki rencana program, manajemen pelaksanaan program, prasarana kolam renang pribadi milik National Paralympic Pelatih utama yang setiap hari mendampingi sebaiknya lebih diprioritaskan pada saat kompetisi. ******** ABSTRACT This study aims to method components, inputs, processes, and products in the National Paralympic Committee Program for Swimming at the 2021 Paralympic Games. Evaluation research using the CIPP model uses qualitative methods. The subject of this research is the component of Achievement Development, Athletes, and Coaches. The results showed that the evaluation of the 2021 Paralympic Pelatnas Program in swimming from six respondents was stated to be very good with four respondents (67%) and two respondents (33%) being declared good. The legal basis in the form of a decree is categorized as Good. The objectives of the Paralym Pic Pelanas Program are categorized as having an effective vision without being clearly explained. Coaching to be developed and having a mission that focuses on goals, can be achieved,. Evaluation of inputs was stated with four respondents (67%) stated very good and two respondents (33%) declared good. In component input, facilities and infrastructure to support the training program can support training activities. However, when PPKM the Standard Pool which is usually used is closed, so practice practicing in a non-standard pool. The athlete system is already patterned. there are no patterns to be interested in yet. Having sufficient sources from the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Evaluation of the Program Implementation Process with two respondents (33%) declared very good and four respondents (67%) declared good. Implementation of the Exercise has been well realized having general, special preparation phases, competitions as well as scheduled tests and measurements. Supervision of training from the management has also been carried out well with monthly meetings. Coordination of Sports Branches with achievement development does not yet have documents. The evaluation was declared sufficient with four respondents (67%) declared sufficient and two respondents (33%) declared unfavorable. Results Time Record Only surviving in the preliminary round has not exceeded the target and the record time is slower than the tryout results. Recommendations for developing NPC Swimming achievements must remain in accordance with Law Number 2016 by improving program plans, program implementation management, private swimming pool infrastructure belonging to the National Paralympic The main trainer who accompanies eight every day should be prioritized during competitions.
