Abstract

Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses pembelajaran peserta kelas Creative Writing pada program SangSang Class di SangSang Univ. Indonesia secara utuh mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan komponen belajar. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah tiga orang peserta yang aktif mengikuti kelas selama bagian 6 dan bagian sebelumnya, dan tutor kelas Creative Writing. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran peserta telah memenuhi seluruh rangkaian proses belajar meliputi kegiatan pembuka yang meliputi tujuan pembelajaran dan rencana pembelajaran tutor, kegiatan inti yang meliputi komponen proses belajar dengan metode, media, sumber belajar, dan hasil belajar. Motivasi peserta dan peran tutor juga banyak mempengaruhi rangkaian proses pembelajaran ini, serta ditutup dengan kegiatan penutup, yakni dengan evaluasi belajar. Sedangkan, sinyal tutor yang sering buruk dan kondisi kelas dan peserta tidak kondusif akibat kelas dilaksanakan secara daring menjadi faktor penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran ini. Oleh sebab itu, proses pembelajaran dirancang dan dijalankan dengan persiapan dan perencanaan dari segi aspek teknis itu yang paling utama, dan penambahan jam pelajaran bagi peserta agar proses belajar peserta yang diikuti dengan pengalaman belajarnya semakin lebih baik. ***** Research with this approach aims to analyze how the learning process of Creative Writing class participants in the SangSang Class program at SangSang Univ. Indonesia as a whole starting from planning, implementation and learning components. The sample in this study were three participants who actively participated in the class during Batch 6 and the previous Batch, and a tutor for the Creative Writing class. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling. The results showed that the learning process had fulfilled the entire series of learning processes including opening activities which included learning objectives and tutor learning plans, core activities covering the learning process with methods, media, learning resources, and learning outcomes. The motivation of the participants and the role of the tutor also greatly influences this series of learning processes, and is closed with a closing, namely a learning evaluation. Meanwhile, the tutor's signal is often bad and the condition of the class and participants is not conducive due to the class being applied boldly to be an inhibiting factor in this learning process. Therefore, the learning process is designed and carried out with preparation and planning in terms of the most important technical aspects, and additional lesson hours for participants so that the learning process of participants which is followed by the learning experience is getting better.
