Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah pengorganisasian pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pengawasan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dekskriptif analitik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi; Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengorganisasian pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pembentukan tim IT dan tim Kurikulum oleh Kepala Sekolah, dan pengorganisasian kelas dilakukan oleh guru melalui media Whatsapp Group. (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan oleh guru dengan berdasar pada jadwal Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Jarak Jauh, RPP, dan media belajar jarak jauh. (3) pengawasan pembelajaran dilakukan oleh guru melalui penyusunan laporan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh dan oleh kepala sekolah melalui rapat pengawasan mingguan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap laporan PJJ dan laporan PJJ dikirim ke Dinas Pendidikan Kota Jakarta Timur. ***** This study aims to find out the learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta. Subfocus of this research is organization of learning, implementation of learning, monitoring of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with an analytic descriptive method. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Informan in this research are; Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, and Vice Principal for Student Affairs. The results showed that: (1) organizing learning was done by forming an IT team and a curriculum team by the principal, and class organizing by the teacher through the Whatsapp Group media. (2) the implementation of learning is done by the teacher with the schedule of Distance Teaching and Learning Activities as a guide, RPP, and distance learning media. (3) the supervision of learning is done by the teacher through the arranging Distance Learning reports and monitoring by the principal through weekly monitoring meetings to assess the Distance Learning reports until its sent to Dinas Pendidikan Kota Jakarta Timur.
