Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan SMAN 5 Kota Bekasi dalam mengimplementasikan program sekolah penggerak, khususnya terkait dengan kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, dan juga peningkatan mutu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) SMAN 5 Kota Bekasi memiliki kesiapan implementasi kurikulum yang sudah sangat baik, sehingga tidak ditemukan adanya kendala yang berarti. (2) SDM sekolah sudah dipersiapkan secara matang melalui berbagai pelatihan atau yang biasa disebut in house training. Warga sekolah berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam upaya peningkatan SDM. (3) Upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah sudah terselenggara dengan baik melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sehingga menghasilkan output yang baik bagi sekolah. ***** This study aims to determine the level of readiness of SMAN 5 Kota Bekasi in implementing the Sekolah Penggerak program, especially related to the curriculum, human resources, and also quality improvement. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) SMAN 5 Kota Bekasi has a very good curriculum implementation readiness, so there are no significant obstacles. (2) School human resources have been carefully prepared through various trainings or what is commonly called in-house training. School residents actively participate in efforts to improve human resources. (3) Efforts to improve the quality of schools have been carried out well through projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students so as to produce good outputs for schools.
