Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai pengelolaan pendidikan dan pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial Masyarakat (KSM) berbasis Electronic Learning (E-Learning) yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusdiklat Kesos Jakarta. Pengelolaan diklat KSM ini meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaan diklat KSM berbasis E-Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan sumber data dengan teknik purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan diklat KSM berbasis E-Learning meliputi: 1.) Perencanaan, pada tahapan perencanaan ada tiga tahapan training needs analysis (Analisis Kebutuhan), penyusunan rancangan modul, persiapan media dan sarana layanan diklat; 2.) Pelaksanaan meliputi, pembukaan diklat, pelaksanaan diklat (pembelajaran asinkronus, sinkronus, PBL), dan penutupan diklat; 3.) Evaluasi meliputi, proses evaluasi menggunakan model evaluasi jenis Kirkpatrick aspek yang dievaluasi yaitu modul pembelajaran, pelaksanaan diklat, dan LMS. Tindak lanjut berisi saran dan masukan berbentuk dokumen pelaporan. Diklat ini dipengaruhi oleh jaringan internet, sarana dan prasarana, kesiapan SDM dan metode fasilitator dalam mengajar. ***** The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the management of Education and Training on Community Social Welfare (KSM) based on Electronic Learning (E-Learning) organized by the Pusdiklat Kesos Jakarta. The management of KSM training includes the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating. And describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of E-Learning-based KSM training. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Researchers collected data sources with purposive sampling techniques and data collection in this study through interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is carried out by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results showed that the management of E-Learning-based KSM training includes: 1.) Planning, in the planning stage there are three stages training needs analysis (Needs Analysis), preparation of module designs, preparation of media and training service facilities; 2.) Implementation includes, opening training, implementing training (asynchronous learning, synchronous, PBL), and closing training; 3.) Evaluation includes, the evaluation process using the Kirkpatrick type evaluation model of the aspects evaluated, namely the learning module, training implementation, and LMS. Follow-ups contain suggestions and input in the form of reporting documents. This training is influenced by the internet network, facilities and infrastructure, human resource readiness and facilitator methods in teaching.
