Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap resiliensi perawat selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 187 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Resilience Inventory (RESI) dari Nieto, Asuncion, Navarrete, Duenas, Rodrigues dan Self- Regulation Inventory Short Version (SRI-S) dari Ibanez, Ruiperez, Moya, Marques, dan Ortet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 berarti terdapat pengaruh antara regulasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada perawat selama pandemi covid-19. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,107 yang berarti pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap resiliensi sebesar 10,7%. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulation on nurses' resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative method and purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 187 respondents. The measuring instruments used in this research are the Resilience Inventory (RESI) from Nieto, Asuncion, Navarrete, Duenas, Rodrigues, and the Self-Regulation Inventory Short Version (SRI-S) from Ibanez, Ruiperez, Moya, Marques, and Ortet. The results showed that the Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. It indicates that there is an influence of self-regulation on resilience in nurses during the covid-19 pandemic. The value of R Square is 0.107, meaning that self-regulation's effect on resilience is 10.7%.
