Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan produk pembelajaran flipped classroom pada mata pelajaran media pembelajaran untuk Dikspespa Pendidikan di Kodiklatal yang layak dan efektif. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE, yang meliputi lima tahap yaitu, analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Pada tahap desain diintegrasikan model PEDATI untuk merancang pembelajaran flipped classroom dan pada tahap implementasi untuk menerapkan pembelajaran flipped classroom mengikuti alur PElajari – DAlami – Terapkan dan evaluasI. Uji kelayakan diperoleh dari penilaian ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli media pembelajaran yang kemudian diujicobakan kepada peserta didik dengan uji coba one to one dan kelompok kecil. Tingkat pencapaian kelayakan dari ahli materi memberikan nilai 90%, ahli desain pembelajaran memberikan nilai 88%, sedangkan ahli media memberikan nilai 87%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga ahli menyatakan hasil pengembangan layak digunakan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah uji coba one to one kepada 3 org peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata 91% dan uji coba kelompok kecil kepada 8 orang dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,5%. Berdasarkan hasil review kelayakan dari ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli desain pembelajaran serta hasil ujicoba one to one dan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil, maka pembelajaran flipped classroom pada mata pelajaran media pembelajaran layak digunakan. Hasil analisis data pre test dan post test terhadap 20 peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar secara rata-rata kelas meningkat sebesar 76,08 % yang membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran flipped classroom ini efektif. Efisiensi waktu yang digunakan dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat dilihat dari perubahan waktu pada waktu pelaksanaan sebesar 40% dari waktu sebelumnya. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan; Flipped Classroom, Media Pembelajaran. ******** ABSTRACT This research is a development research that has the aim of developing a flipped classroom learning on subject learning media for the Dikspespa Pendidikan in Kodiklatal that is feasible and effective. The development procedure used in this study is the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. At the design stage, the PEDATI model was integrated to design flipped classroom and at the implementation stage to apply flipped classroom following the PElajari – DAlami – Terapkan dan evaluasI flow.The test comes from the assessment of material experts, learning design experts and learning media experts which are then tested on students with one-to -one trials and small groups trials. The level of support from material experts gave a score of 90%, learning design experts gave a score of 88%, while media experts gave a score of 87%. So it can be said that the three experts stated the results of the development were suitable for use. The next stage is a one-to-one test for 3 students with an average score of 91% and a small group trial for 8 people with an average score of 90.5%. Based on a review material experts, media experts and learning design experts, as well as the results of one-on-one trials and small group trial results, flipped classroom learning on learning media is appropriate to use. The results of the pre-test and post-test data analysis of 20 students showed that the class average learning outcomes increased by 76.08% which proves that the flipped classroom learning is effective. The time efficiency used in educational institutions can be seen from the 40% change in implementation time from the previous time. Keywords: Development; Flipped classroom; Learning media.
