Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar manusia silver usia remaja di wilayah Jakarta Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian studi eksploratif. Subjek penelitian adalah manusia silver usia remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data, yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Karakteristik manusia silver usia remaja di wilayah Jakarta Utara dengan renang usia 13 – 18 tahun, mayoritas laki-laki, berpenampilan kusam, berbadan kurus, memiliki sikap acuh tak acuh namun percaya diri dan memiliki solidaritas tinggi. Mayoritas pendidikan drop out sekolah dasar, intensitas hubungan dengan orang tua masih teratur. Seluruh manusia silver termasuk dalam keluarga kurang mampu. Manusia silver marak terjadi sejak awal pandemi, dan rata-rata menghabiskan waktu di jalan selama 6 jam per hari. 2) Kebutuhan belajar manusia silver usia remaja di Wilayah Jakarta Utara adalah program kecakapan hidup sebagai prioritas utama, program kesetaraan sebagai prioritas kedua, serta program keterampilan bermusik dan olahraga sepak bola sebagai prioritas ketiga. Saran penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah lebih memperhatikan lagi manusia silver usia remaja, hendaknya memberikan sosialisasi kepada para orang tua manusia silver usia remaja, terkait dengan perhatian dan dukungan orang tua terhadap anak, serta bahaya penggunaan cat silver. Pemerintah maupun Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat hendaknya dapat mewujudkan program belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar manusia silver usia remaja agar dapat dijadikan sebagai bekal dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup. ***** This study aimed to identify and identify the learning needs of young silver people in the North Jakarta area. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with an exploratory study research method. The subject of the study was a silver man in his teens. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity techniques, namely using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results obtained from this study are 1) Characteristics of silver teenagers aged in North Jakarta with swimming ages 13-18 years, the majority are male, dull-looking, thin, have an indifferent attitude but are confident and have high solidarity. The majority of education drop out of elementary school, the intensity of the relationship with parents is still regular. All silver people belong to underprivileged families. Silver people have been rampant since the start of the pandemic, and spend an average of 6 hours on the road per day. 2) The learning needs of silver youths in the North Jakarta area are the life skills program as the main priority, the equality program as the second priority, and the music skills program and soccer as the third priority. Suggestions for this research is that the government pays more attention to teenage silver people, should provide socialization to parents of teenage silver people, related to parental attention and support for children, as well as the dangers of using silver paint. The government and non-governmental organizations should be able to realize learning programs that are in accordance with the learning needs of young silver people so that they can be used as provisions in improving their standard of living.
