Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan kohesi gramatikal pada dialog percapakan yang terdapat dalam acara Mata Najwa tahun 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripti kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa video Acara Mata Najwa tahun 2019 yang telah ditranskrip. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dan catat. Teknik simak digunakan karena data yang dipakai dalam bentuk video yang kemudian disimak penggunaan bahasanya. Penggunaan teknik catat digunakan setelah video disimak dan kemudian dicatat dalam bentuk bahasa tulis atau transkripsi. Teknik analisis data berupa kategorisasi dan tabulasi. Penggunaan kategorisasi untuk menentukan jenis-jenis kohesi gramatikal. Tabulasi adalah penggunaan tabel analisis untuk mempermudah dalam menganalisis data-data kohesi gramatikal. Analisis dilakukan pada video Talkshow Mata Najwa tahun 2019 yang diperoleh melalui akun youtube Najwa Shihab. Hasil penelitian analisis ditemukan di dalam 3 video di mana terdapat data kohesi gramatikal berupa konjungsi, subtitusi, ellipsis, dan referensi. Proses konjungsi ditemukan 3218 data. Proses subtitusi ditemukan 47 data. Proses ellipsis ditemukan 123 data. Proses referen ditemukan 2005 data. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of grammatical cohesion in the conversational dialogues contained in the Mata Najwa Talk Show in 2019. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research data is in the form of a video of the 2019 Mata Najwa Talk Show which has been transcribed. The data collection techniques used are listening and note-taking methods. The listening technique is used because the data is in the form of a video which is then listened to how the language is used. The used of note-taking technique is used after video has been watched and then recorded in the form of written language or transcription. Data analysis techniques are in the form of categorization and tabulation. The used of categorization is to determine the types of grammatical cohesion. Tabulation is the used of analysis tables to make it easier to analyze grammatical cohesion data. The analysis was carried out in the 2019 Mata Najwa Talk Show video obtained through Najwa Shihab's youtube account. The results of the analysis research found in three videos where there are grammatical cohesion data in the form of conjunctions, substitutions, ellipsis, and references. The conjunction process was found 3218 data. The substitution process was found 47 data. The ellipsis process was found 123 data. The referent process was found 2005 data.
