Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi siswa-siswa kelas III di SDN Jatinegara Kaum 01 yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, khususnya materi Ciri Makhhluk Hidup dan Kebutuhannya. penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar e-book pada materi ciri makhluk hidup dan kebutuhannya untuk kelas III sekolah dasar. Hasil dari pengembangan produk ini akan digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran, menjadi sumber belajar yang menarik serta memicu semangat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D ( four-D ) yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan. Model pengembangan ini terdiri dari define, design, develop dan disseminate. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan rata-rata skor 93,3% dari validator ahli dan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 95,3% setelah diuji coba kepada peserta didik kelas III SD melalui tahap One to One dan Small Group. ***** This research was motivated by the condition of third grade students at SDN Jatinegara Kaum 01 who had difficulty understanding the Natural Sciences learning material, especially the Characteristics of Living Creatures and Their Needs. The research aims to develop e-book teaching materials on the characteristics of living things and their needs for grade III elementary school. The results of this product development will be used to support learning, become an interesting learning resource and trigger students' enthusiasm for learning. This study uses the Research and Development method using the 4D (four-D) development model developed by Thiagarajan. This development model consists of define, design, develop and disseminate. The results of this study get an average score of 93.3% from expert validators and get an average score of 95.3% after being tested on third grade elementary school students through the One to One and Small Group stages.
