Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap kecenderungan merokok pada remaja perempuan di jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 143 remaja perempuan perokok. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Glover Nilsson Smoking Behavioral Questionnaire (GN-SBQ) untuk mengukur variabel perilaku merokok dan Peer Conformity Vignettes untuk mengukur variabel konfomitas teman sebaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku merokok pada remaja perempuan di jabodetabek. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,128. Artinya konformitas teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku merokok sebesar 12,8%. This study aims to determine the effect of peer conformity on smoking behavior adolescent female in Jabodetabek. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 143 smoking behavior adolescent female in Jabodetabek. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Glover Nilsson Smoking Behavioral Questionnaire (GN-SBQ) to measure the variable smoking behavior and Peer Conformity Vignettes to measure the peer conformity variable. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of peer conformity on smoking behavior adolescent female in Jabodetabek. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0,128. This means that peer confomiry conflict affects smoking behavior by 12,8%.
