Abstract

Penelitian korelasional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self esteem dengan hasil belajar PPKn pada siswa kelas V di SDN Kecamatan Tanah Sareal Bogor. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V dari dua rombongan belajar di Kelurahan Sukadamai dan dua rombongan belajar di Kelurahan Kebon Pedes dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen non tes dan dokumentasi. Instrumen non tes digunakan untuk mengukur self esteem yang dimiliki siswa, sementara dokumentasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar PPKn siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara self esteem dengan hasil belajar PPKn siswa. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel self esteem terhadap variabel hasil belajar PPKn sebesar 11,75% dan sisanya sebesar 88,25% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. ***** This correlational study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and PPKn learning outcomes in fifth grade students at SDN Tanah Sareal District, Bogor. The samples in this study were fifth grade students from two study groups in Sukadamai Village and two study groups in Kebon Pedes Village using cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected using non-test instruments and documentation. Non-test instruments are used to measure students' self-esteem, while documentation is used to obtain data on student PPKn learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and students learning outcomes of PPKn. The effective contribution given by the self esteem variable to the PPKn learning outcomes variable is 11,75% and the remaining 88,25% is influenced by other factors.
