Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap inisiatif pertumbuhan diri pada remaja yang kehilangan orang tua akibat Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Sampel yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 104 remaja yang kehilangan orang tua akibat Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Personal Growth Initiative Scale – II dari Robitschek et al. (2012) untuk mengukur inisiatif pertumbuhan diri dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale dari Connor & Davidson (2003) untuk mengukur resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa resiliensi berpengaruh positif sebesar 49,1% terhadap inisiatif pertumbuhan diri remaja yang kehilangan orang tua akibat Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on personal growth initiative in adolescents who have lost parents due to Covid-19 in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The sample collected through purposive sampling technique was 104 adolescents who lost parents due to Covid-19 in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The instruments used were Personal Growth Initiative Scale – II from Robitschek et al. (2012) to measure personal growth initiative and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale from Connor & Davidson (2003) to measure resilience. The result of the study found that resilience had a positive effect of 49.1% on the personal growth initiative of adolescents who have lost parents due to Covid-19 in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta.
