Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pembinaan kewirausahaan di beasiswa Smart Leader Preneur (SLP) batch 2 dengan menilai, mengumpulkan, dan mengkaji mengenai efektivitas program dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 orang yang merupakan peserta SLP batch 2. Peneliti memperoleh data melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Pada evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan kewirausahaan SLP batch 2 sangat dibutuhkan oleh peserta. Evaluasi masukkan menunjukkan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta pembiayaan sudah sesuai namun tidak adanya buku panduan selama pembinaan program. Selanjutnya pada evaluasi proses ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan kewirausahaan kurang efektif karena dilakukan rata-rata dalam jaringan yang membuat peserta tidak dapat mencapai target profit yang diberikan padahal menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan program SLP. Walaupun begitu dalam evaluasi produk atau hasil pembinaan kewirausahaan SLP batch 2 sangat dirasakan kebermanfaatannya oleh peserta, hasil yang dirasakan pun sesuai dengan tujuan program dimana peserta menjadi produktif, mandiri secara finansial dan berdaya guna. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan efektivitas program pembinaan kewirausahaan SLP batch 2 sesuai dengan kebutuhan sasaran walaupun masih perlu ada perbaikan terutama dalam pelaksanaannya. Model evaluasi CIPP dapat menjadi pedoman untuk evaluasi pada kegiatan pembinaan yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Smart Leader Preneur Indonesia. ***** This study aims to describe the entrepreneurship coaching program in the Smart Leader Preneur (SLP) scholarship batch 2 by assessing, collecting, and reviewing the effectiveness of the program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total sample of 31 people who were participants in Smart Leader Preneur batch 2. Researchers obtained data through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used descriptive statistics. The context evaluation shows that the Smart Leader Preneur batch 2 entrepreneurship coaching is very much needed by the participants. The evaluation of input shows that human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as financing are appropriate but there are no guidebooks during program coaching. Furthermore, in the evaluation process, it was found that the implementation of entrepreneurship development was less effective because it was carried out on average in the network which made participants unable to achieve the profit target given even though it was one of the indicators of the success of the Smart Leader Preneur program. However, in product evaluation or the results of Smart Leader Preneur batch 2 entrepreneurship coaching, the participants felt very useful, the results felt were in accordance with the program objectives where participants became productive, financially independent and efficient. The result of the research as a whole is the effectiveness of the Smart Leader Preneur batch 2 entrepreneurship coaching program in accordance with the needs of the target although it still needs improvement, especially in its implementation. The CIPP evaluation model can be used as a guide for evaluating coaching activities that will be carried out by Smart Leader Preneur Indonesia.
