Abstract

Selama masa pandemi COVID-19, Kementrian Pendidikan menerapkan pembelajaran jarak jauh sebagai solusi kegiatan pendidikan. Indonesia serempak melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh, termasuk PKBM Negeri 32 Duren Sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi, menjelaskan, dan menggambarkan keadaan terkait upaya tutor bahasa Inggris dan pendamping panti asuhan anak saat pembelajaran jarak jauh rogram paket B level kelas 7 pada siswa PSAA di PKBM Negeri 32 Duren Sawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tutor dan pendamping berupaya mengarahkan, mendampingi, serta membimbing warga belajar mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga penyelesaian tugas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh. *********** During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education implemented distance learning as a solution for educational activities. Indonesia simultaneously carried out distance learning activities, including PKBM Negeri 32 Duren Sawit. This study aims to find out information, explain, and describe the situation related to the efforts of English tutors and child orphanage assistants during distance learning of the Package B level 7th grade program for PSAA students at PKBM Negeri 32 Duren Sawit. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was checked by using source triangulation and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that tutors and assistants seek to direct, assist, and guide learning residents from preparation, implementation, to completion of tasks in distance learning activities.
