Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan suatu tahapan yang sangat penting yang harus dilaksanakan . Dayadik merupakan suatu NGO yang menyelenggarakan pelatihan berbasis web, namun belum melaksanakan tahapan evaluasi secara rinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi yang diterapkan pada pelatihan berbasis web dan dikaji menggunakan 4 aspek; reaksi, pembelajaran, tingkah laku, dan hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik angket, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang dipakai yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa untuk aspek reaksi mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 82,4% yang menandakan bahwa peserta menunjukan kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan, Pada aspek pembelajaran menunjukan berdasarkan hasil pre & post test yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan kenaikan sebesar 2% untuk hasil dari pelatihan 1 dan 2 yang mana menandakan adanya peningkatan. Pada aspek tingkah laku didapatkan data dengan rata-rata sebesar 81,8% yang mana menandakan bahwa setelah pelatihan selesai dilakukan peserta, peserta mampu mengimplementasikan program SEL untuk lingkungan kerjanya. Lalu untuk aspek hasil didapatkan data bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan kinerja terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagai pendidik yang mengimplementasikan program SEL untuk peserta didik. ***** Evaluation Program is a important step in impelementing. Dayadik is one of the NGO’s that organizes Web Based Training, Dayadik haven’t completed the detailed evaluation phase. This study aims to determ the results of the evaluation that are appplied to Web-Based Training and are discussed with 4 facets of reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The study uses research evaluation methothd with a descriptive quanitative tah uses angkette techniques, observation, and documentation. Sampling techniques used are the sample jenuh, the results show that for the reaction aspect get an average of 82,4% which indicates that participants are satisfied with the implementation of training, the learning aspect indicates that the pre&post test results have been taken a 2% increase in the results of training 1 and training 2 which indicate improvement. On the behavior aspect, data are obtained with an average of 81,8%, which suggests that after training is completed by participants, participants are able to implement Program SEL for their environment. Then, for the aspect of the results, data are obtained that participants experience increased performance on knowledge and skill as educators implementing the SEL program for learners.
