Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh talent management terhadap turnover intention karyawan Generasi Z di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi melalui survey dengan 156 responden. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan uji asumsi dengan menggunakan Uji Normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Uji Linearitas, Uji Korelasi Pearson-Product Moment dan Uji Regresi Satu Faktor. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, kedua instrumen dinyatakan normal (P = 0.20, P > 0.05) dan linear (P = 0.002, P < 0.05). Korelasi antara talent management dan turnover intention terbukti kuat dengan arah negatif (r = -0.725, P = 0.000) . Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan talent management terhadap turnover-intention Karyawan Generasi Z di DKI Jakarta sesuai dengan uji regresi (P = 0.000, P < 0.05). Talent management memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention sebesar 52,6% sedangkan 47,4% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak di teliti pada penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an influence of talent management on turnover intention of Generation Z employees in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is the quantitative correlation method using a survey research type with 156 respondents. The assumption test used are the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Normality Test, Linearity Test, Pearson-Product Moment Correlation Test and One Factor Regression Test. Based on the research that has been done, both instruments were declared normal (P = 0.20, P > 0.05) and linear (P = 0.002, P < 0.05). The correlation between talent management and turnover intention was shown to be strong in a negative direction (r = -0.725, P = 0.000). The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant impact of Talent management towards turnover intention over Generation Z workers in DKI Jakarta according to the Regression Test (P = 0.000, P < 0.05). Talent management has an effect of 52.6% on turnover intention, while 47.4% is another variable not examined in this study.
