Abstract

Merosotnya moral remaja akibat dampak buruk globalisasi serta kurang dianggap pentingnya kesalehan sosial bagi kehidupan manusia menyebabkan hal ini perlu ditingkatkan. Pendidikan agama Islam yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesalehan sosial siswa serta strategi guru dalam meningkatkannya pun menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi penetapan perubahan yang diharapkan, strategi penetapan pendekatan (perencanaan), strategi penetapan metode (pelaksanaan), serta strategi penetapan norma keberhasilan guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kesalehan sosial siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Parung yang diharapkan dapat membantu untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kesalehan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan secara detail dan sesuai dengan temuan di lapangan mengenai strategi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kesalehan sosial siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Parung. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara kepada beberapa siswa kelas X-XII serta guru PAI di SMA Negeri 1 Parung dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April Tahun 2022. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang strategi dan teori kesalehan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penetapan perubahan yang diharapkan oleh guru PAI di SMA Negeri 1 Parung ini hanya berlaku untuk sikap kerja sama atau mutualitas, sikap toleransi dan sikap menjaga ketertiban umum. Hal ini dikarenakan sikap solidaritas sosial serta sikap adil dan seimbang pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Parung sudah cukup baik, jadi tidak perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Strategi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kesalehan sosial siswa di SMAN 1 Parung adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Strategi Guru PAI dalam Meningkatkan Sikap Kerja Sama atau Mutualitas Siswa di SMAN 1 Parung adalah dengan menetapkan pendekatan, metode dan norma keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan sikap kerja sama dan mutualitas siswa, 2) Strategi Guru PAI dalam Meningkatkan Sikap Toleransi Siswa di SMAN 1 Parung adalah dengan menetapkan pendekatan, metode dan norma keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan sikap toleransi siswa. 3) Strategi Guru PAI dalam Meningkatkan Sikap Menjaga Ketertiban Umum Siswa di SMAN 1 Parung adalah dengan menetapkan pendekatan, metode dan norma keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan sikap menjaga ketertiban umum siswa.   ***** The moral decline of adolescents due to the adverse effects of globalization and the lack of consideration of the importance of social piety for human life causes this to be improved. Islamic religious education which is expected to increase students' social piety and the teacher's strategy in improving it is also interesting to study. This study aims to describe how the strategy of determining the expected change, the strategy of determining the approach (planning), the strategy of determining the method (implementation), and the strategy of setting norms for the success of PAI teachers in increasing the social piety of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parung which is expected to help to realize the improvement student social piety. This study uses descriptive qualitative research using a qualitative approach that describes in detail and in accordance with the findings in the field regarding the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing the social piety of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parung. Sources of data obtained from the results of documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The distribution of questionnaires and interviews to several X-XII graders and PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Parung was carried out in March-April 2022. The theory used in this study is the theory of strategy and the theory of social piety. The results of this study indicate that the determination of the changes expected by PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Parung only applies to attitudes of cooperation or mutuality, attitudes of tolerance and attitudes to maintaining public order. This is because the attitude of social solidarity as well as a fair and balanced attitude in SMA Negeri 1 Parung students is quite good, so there is no need to improve it. The strategy for determining the approach (planning) of PAI teachers in improving students' social piety at SMAN 1 Parung is as follows: a) Develop a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) according to material related to social piety, b) Prepare learning methods and media related to social piety, c ) Make programs or activities according to the material presented. While the strategy for determining the method (implementation) of PAI teachers in increasing students' social piety at SMAN 1 Parung is as follows: a) Delivering material related to social piety in PAI learning, b) Providing examples or applying attitudes related to social piety in learning, c) Carry out programs or activities that are in accordance with the material related to social piety, the programs are in the form of spiritual clean Friday activities, social services or donations for orphans, as well as problem-based learning. The Strategy for Establishing Success Norms for PAI Teachers in Improving Students' Social Piety at SMAN 1 Parung, The majority of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parung felt that their attitude of cooperation or mutuality, their attitude of tolerance, and their attitude of maintaining order generally increased and agreed with the statement that PAI teachers often made activities or programs that related to cooperation, tolerance and maintaining public order.
