Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-disclosure terhadap resiliensi pada perawat di DKI Jakarta pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini disebarkan melalui google form dan didapatkan sebanyak 188 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data berbentuk regresi linier. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Resilience Inventory (RESI) dari Nieto, Asuncion, Navarrete, Duenas, Rodrigues dan Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDS) milik Wheeless. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa self-disclosure memberikan kontribusi sebesar 8,9% dan menunjukkan arah yang positif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi self-disclosure, semakin tinggi pula resiliensi pada perawat di DKI Jakarta pada masa pandemi Covid-19. This study aims to determine the effect of self-disclosure on the resilience of nurses in DKI Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study was distributed via google form and obtained as many as 188 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques in the form of linear regression. The instruments used in this study were The Resilience Inventory (RESI) from Nieto, Asuncion, Navarrete, Duenas, Rodrigues and Wheeless' Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDS). The results of data analysis in this study showed that self-disclosure contributed 8.9% and showed a positive direction. So it can be concluded that the higher the self-disclosure, the higher the resilience of nurses in DKI Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.
