Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, yang dimana bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hambatan dan cara mengatasi aplikasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta. Maka untuk itu penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perencanaan aplikasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, pelaksanaan aplikasi masook di MTS Negeri 20 Jakarta, hambatan dan cara mengatasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan ialah: kepala madrasah, kepala tata usaha, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, operator aplikasi masook Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, sebagian guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan aplikasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta sejauh ini Kementerian Agama yang bekerja sama dengan PT. Telkom sudah merancang dengan sedemikian rupa dan dipikiran dengan matang-matang untuk merancang aplikasi masook ini. Dalam hal ini di peruntukan oleh guru dan karyawan, dalam melakukan presensi di aplikasi masook sudah di atur ketentuannya sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah di buat oleh madrasah. (2) Pelaksanaan aplikasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta memberikan kemudahan karena dengan adanya aplikasi masook ini dapat menghindari terjadinya manipulasi data dikarenakan hanya guru maupun karyawan yang bersangkutan dan hanya pemilik dari smartphone pribadi yang dapat melakukan presensi di aplikasi masook. (3) Hambatan dan cara mengatasi dari aplikasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta ialah hambatannya memang terjadi pada saat awal-awal aplikasi masook diperkenalkan dan digunakan, karena saat itu versinya memang masih rendah sehingga menyebabkan lemah dan tidak stabil dan oleh karena itu pada saat melakukan presensi. Dan cara mengatasi dari hambatan yang terjadi ialah mengupdate dan membuka sistem aplikasi masook lalu mensinkronkan kembali. Serta memasukkan data awal kembali yang dapat di bantu oleh operator dari aplikasi masook di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta. ***** This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, which aims to find out the planning, implementation, obstacles, and how to overcome them of the application of masook in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta. So for this reason, this research focuses on planning the masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, implementing the masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, obstacles and how to overcome masook at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with data collection carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In this study, the informants were: the head of the madrasa, the head of administration, the vice principal for the curriculum, the vice principal for the student affairs, the operator of the Masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta, some teachers. The results of this study show that: (1) the planning of the masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta so far, the Ministry of Religion in collaboration with PT. Telkom has designed it in such a way and thought carefully to design this masook application. In this case, it is designated by teachers and employees, in making attendance in the Masook application, the provisions have been set in accordance with the regulations that have been made by the madrasah. (2) The implementation of the masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta provides convenience because with this masook application it can avoid data manipulation because only teachers and employees are concerned and only owners of personal smartphones can make attendance in the masook application. (3) The obstacles and ways to overcome the masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta are the obstacles that occur when the masook application is introduced and used, because at that time the version was still low, causing it to be weak and unstable and therefore when performing presence. And the way to overcome the obstacles that occur is to update and open the Masook application system and then resynchronize. As well as entering the initial data back which can be assisted by the operator from the Masook application at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 20 Jakarta.
