Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara rekrutmen dengan kinerja guru honorer di SD Negeri Kecamatan Bogor Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan guru honorer di SD Negeri Kecamatan Bogor Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 81 guru honorer yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan uji korelasi product moment mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,774 yang artinya antara variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang kuat serta perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,599 atau 59,9%. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel rekrutmen dengan kinerja guru honorer di SD Negeri Kecamatan Bogor Barat. ***** This study aims to find out how the relationship between recruitment and the performance of honorary teachers in State Elementary School West Bogor District. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were honorary teachers in State Elementary School West Bogor District. Sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total sample of 81 honorary teachers obtained using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire or a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out by simple linear regression analysis with the product moment correlation test to get a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated r value is 0.774, which means that the X variable and Y variable have a strong relationship and the coefficient of determination is 0.599 or 59.9%. So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the recruitment variable and the performance of honorary teachers at State Elementary School West Bogor District.
