Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah I Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan monitoring dan evaluasi pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas (PTMT). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek Penelitian berjumlah 9 (sembilan) orang yaitu PIC pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas (PTMT), penilik jenjang PAUD, pengawas jenjang SD, pengawas jenjang SMP, pengawas jenjang SMA, pengawas jenjang SMK, pengawas jenjang SLB, Kepala Sekolah SMK, dan Kepala Sekolah SMA. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen monitoring dan evaluasi pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas (PTMT) di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah I Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan meliputi: 1) Perencanaan monitoring dan evaluasi PTMT diantaranya berdasar atas SKB 4 Menteri, SK Gubernur DKI Jakarta No 1026 Th 2021, dan SK Kadisdik Th 882 Th 2021,penyusunan instrumen monitoring dan evaluasi PTMT dan instrumen verifikasi kesiapan satuan pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan PTMT, sosialisasi oleh Dinas Pendidikan atau Suku Dinas Pendidikan kepada satuan pendidikan dan petugas monitoring, Satuan Pendidikan mengisi daftar periksa laman DAPODIK atau EMIS (Education Management Information System) kesiapan pelaksanaan PTMT, melakukan monitoring kesiapan Satuan Pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan PTMT, dikeluarkannya SK Kadisdik penetapan satuan pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan PTMT, dan dikeluarkannya SK Kadisdik surat tugas dan jadwal monitoring dan evaluasi PTMT. 2) Pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi PTMT, petugas membawa surat tugas dan melakukan monitoring mulai dari sebelum, selama, dan setelah proses kegiatan pembelajaran. 3) Pelaporan monitoring dan evaluasi PTMT, petugas monitoring mengupload laporan ke google form dan sekolah melaporkan pada https://siapbelajar.jakarta.go.id/mpls/index/.php. his research was conducted at the Regional I Education SubDepartment of South Jakarta Administrative City (Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah I Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan), which aims to determine the planning, implementation, and reporting and evaluation of limited face-to-face learning (PTMT). This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consist of 9 (nine) people: PTMT PIC, PAUD level advisor, elementary school supervisor, junior high school supervisor, high school supervisor, vocational school supervisor, SLB level supervisors, vocational school principal, and high school principal. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the management of monitoring and evaluation of PTMT in the Regional I Education Sub-Department of South Jakarta Administrative City includes: 1) PTMT monitoring and evaluation planning, including based on the 4 Ministerial Decree, DKI Jakarta Governor Decree No. 1026 Th. 2021, and Decision Letter (SK) Kadisdik Th 882 Th 2021, preparation of PTMT monitoring and evaluation instruments and instrument for verification of readiness of education units in the implementation of PTMT, socialization by the Education Office or Education Sub-Department to Education units and monitoring officers, Education Units fill out the checklist for the readiness to implement PTMT via DAPODIK or EMIS (Education Management Information System), monitoring the readiness of the Education Unit in the implementation of PTMT, the issuance of the Head of Education Decree for the determination of the Education unit in the implementation of PTMT, and the issuance of the Head of Education Decree of the assignment letter and the PTMT mentoring and evaluation schedule. 2) Implementation of PTMT monitoring and evaluation, officers bring a letter of assignment and carry out monitoring starting and before, during, and after the learning activity process. 3) PTMT monitoring and evaluation reports, monitoring officers upload reports to google form and schools report at https://readylearning.jakarta.go.id/mpls/index/.php.
