Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan pengajuan pinjaman kredit pada Pusat Koperasi Unit Desa (PUSKUD) di Sulawesi Tenggara. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh anggota koperasi Pusat Koperasi Unit Desa (PUSKUD) Kendari Sulawesi Tenggara. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada anggota koperasi PUSKUD. Perhitungan kepuasan konsumen dilakukan menggunakan metode Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan menggunakan metode CSI, nilai kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan pinjaman kredit pada PUSKUD adalah sebesar 85.25%, yang artinya kebanyakan nasabah merasa sangat puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang ada pada PUSKUD. ***** This study aims to determine the description of consumer satisfaction with credit loan application services at the Village Unit Cooperative Center (PUSKUD) in Southeast Sulawesi. The type of research used is quantitative research. The subjects in this study were all members of the Kendari Village Unit Cooperative Center (PUSKUD), Southeast Sulawesi. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to PUSKUD cooperative members. The calculation of customer satisfaction is done using the Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) method. Based on the results of research and calculations using the CSI method, the value of customer satisfaction with the quality of credit loan services at PUSKUD is 85.25%, which means that most customers are very satisfied with the quality of services available at PUSKUD.
