Abstract

Guru honorer adalah guru tidak tetap yang belum berstatus PNS dan digaji per jam pelajaran. Seringkali mereka digaji secara sukarela dan bahkan di bawah gaji minimum (UMR). Kesejaterahan para guru honor memang sangat jauh jika di bandingan upah minum yang berlaku. Hal ini diperlukan seorang pemimpin yang transformasional untuk membantu memecahkan semua permasalahan yang ada di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja guru Honorer SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekataan analisis Jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian ini adalah Guru Honorer SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Bogor sejumlah 1.324 guru dengan sampel sebanyak 93 guru, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefesien jalur kepemimpinan transformasional yang mendominasi dengan besaran koefisein jalur sebesar 0.422. iklim organisasi memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 0.367 dan kepemimpian transformasional terhadap iklim organisasi memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 0.350. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja guru dapat di pengaruhi dan dikendalikan oleh kepala sekolah yang memiliki sifat kepemimpinan transformasional Kata Kunci: iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, perilaku kerja ********* Honorary teachers are temporary teachers who do not have PNS status and are paid per hour. Often they are paid voluntarily and even below the minimum salary (UMR). The welfare of the honorarium teachers is indeed very far if compared to the prevailing drinking wages. This requires a transformational leader to help solve all the problems in the field. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership, organizational climate on the work behavior of Honorary Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with Path analysis approach. The population of this study was the Honorary Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Bogor Regency with a total of 1,324 teachers with a sample of 93 teachers. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the transformational leadership path coefficient dominates with the magnitude of the path coefficient of 0.422. organizational climate has a path coefficient of 0.367 and transformational leadership of organizational climate has a path coefficient of 0.350. This shows that the work behavior of teachers can be influenced and controlled by principals who have transformational leadership traits.
