Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan hidup pada masa pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) memerlukan beberapa inovasi pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Salah satu masalah yang perlu dipecahkan adalah terkait dengan banjir yang bisa diatasi dengan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) dan Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB). Inovasi berupa buku suplemen perlu dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model ILMIZI sebagai sebuah inovasi baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI untuk meningkatkan HOTS dan PEB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berada di Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Media pembelajaran Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI memiliki kategori valid dengan rata-rata skor dari ahli media pertama (3,52); ahli media kedua (3,52); ahli materi pertama (3.70), dan ahli materi kedua (3,41) sehingga dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran lingkungan hidup di jenjang pendidikan tinggi; (2) Hasil implementasi dari media pembelajaran Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI menunjukkan bahwa skor HOTS mahasiswa berbeda signifikan (t-hitung > t-tabel) antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan t hitung sebesar 5,62 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,65; (3) Hasil implementasi dari media pembelajaran Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI menunjukkan bahwa skor PEB mahasiswa berbeda signifikan (t-hitung > t-tabel) antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan t-hitung sebesar 2,37 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,65. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI yang dikembangkan memiliki kategori sangat valid dan layak digunakan, serta efektif untuk meningkatkan HOTS dan PEB mahasiswa ********* Environmental education during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic requires several innovations at the higher education level. One of the problems that need to be solved is related to flooding that can be overcome with Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB). Innovations in the form of supplement books need to be developed using the ILMIZI model as a new innovation. The purpose of this research is to develop an Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI model to increase university students HOTS and PEB. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model. The sample used in this study were university students who were in East Jakarta. The results showed (1) The Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI learning media has a valid category with an average score of the first media expert (3.52), the second media expert (3.52), the first material expert (3.70), and the material expert. second (3.41) so that it can be said that it is suitable for use in environmental learning at the primary and higher education levels; (2) The results of the implementation of the Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI learning media showed that the university students' HOTS scores were significantly different (t-count > t-table) between the experimental class and the control class with t-count 5,62 and t-table 1,65; (3) The results of the implementation of the Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI learning media showed that the PEB scores of university students were significantly different (t-count > t-table) between the experimental class and the control class with t-count 2,37 and t-table 1,65. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Environmental Supplement Book of Flood Disaster Based on ILMIZI which was developed has a very valid and suitable category for use, and is effective for increasing university student HOTS and PEB.
