Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis adanya hubungan di antara efikasi diri dan berpikir positif dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum pada peserta didik di SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Dengan populasi terjangkau terpilih ialah kelas X, XI, dan XII jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran sejumlah 143 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan berlandaskan pada tabel Isaac & Michael sehingga didapati 100 siswa sebagai partisipan dengan mengaplikasikan metode Proportional Random Sampling dalam pemilihan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan analisis parsial pearson correlation product moment. Diperoleh hasil nilai Fhitung 20,104 > nilai Ftabel 3,09 dengan begitu efikasi diri dan berpikir positif memiliki hubungan secara simultan dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Perolehan rx1y = -0,468 menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Lalu, hasil sebesar rx2y = -0,443 menerangkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara berpikir positif dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Hasil hitung uji koefisien determinasi memperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,293 yang memberi penerangan bahwa variabel efikasi diri dan berpikir positif memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 29,3%. Dengan demikian, temuan ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dan berpikir positif dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and positive thinking with public speaking anxiety among students at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. With the selected reachable population is grade X, XI, and XII majoring in Office Management Automation with a total of 143 students. The research sample was determined based on Isaac & Michael's table so that 100 students were found as participants by applying the Proportional Random Sampling method in sample selection. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques and partial analysis pearson correlation product moment. The results obtained Fcount value 20,104 > Ftable value 3,09 so self-efficacy and positive thinking have a simultaneous relationship with public speaking anxiety. The acquisition of rx1y = -0,468 explains that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and public speaking anxiety. Then, the result of rx2y = -0,443 explains the significant negative relationship between positive thinking and public speaking anxiety. The calculated result of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R2 value of 0,293 which explained that the variables of self-efficacy and positive thinking gave an effective contribution of 29,3%. Thus, these findings indicate a relationship between self-efficacy and positive thinking with public speaking anxiety.
