Abstract

Seseorang yang dilahirkan dari keluarga wirausahawan maka sejak kecil berpeluang memiliki pola pikir wirausaha. Mahasiswa yang memiliki lingkungan keluarga yang baik dan mendukung mahasiswa berwirausaha dapat berdampak pada peningkatan niat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Peneliti melibatkan 213 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner penelitian. Sementara analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi sederhana. Variabel lingkungan keluarga sebagian besar responden masuk ke dalam kategori sedang, artinya sebagian responden memiliki lingkungan keluarga yang mendukung niat mereka untuk berwirausaha. Variabel niat berwirausaha sebagian besar responden masuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa sebagian responden memiliki niat berwirausaha. Hasil analisis menunjukan variabel lingkungan keluarga mempengaruhi variabel niat berwirausaha sebesar 50,1%. Artinya, semakin baik lingkungan keluarga dalam mendukung mahasiswa berwirausaha maka semakin tinggi pula niat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha A person who is born into an entrepreneurial family has the opportunity to have an entrepreneurial mindset since childhood. Students who have a good family environment and support students in entrepreneurship can have an impact on increasing students' entrepreneurial intentions. The study aims to determine the influence of the family environment on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research uses an associative quantitative approach. The researchers involved 213 active students of the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta which were determined using isaac and Michael tables. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a research questionnaire. While data analysis uses descriptive statistics and simple regression tests. The family environment variable of most respondents falls into the moderate category, meaning that some respondents have a family environment that supports their intention to become entrepreneurs. The variable of entrepreneurial intentions of most respondents falls into the moderate category. This shows that some respondents have entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the analysis showed that the family environment variable influenced the entrepreneurial intention variable by 50.1%. That is, the better the family environment in supporting entrepreneurial students, the higher the student's intention to become an entrepreneur.
