Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor self-injury pada remaja ditinjau dari dinamika self-injury perilaku self-injury dampak self-injury karakteristik dan latar belakang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2021 – Januari 2022. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi melalui perspektif pelaku self-injury dan orang terdekatnya. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 5 orang wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi ATLAS.ti untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor self-injury disebabkan oleh faktor utama yang bersumber dari permasalahan keluarga seperti, adanya trauma pada masa kecil, kesibukan orang tua, merasa dirinya tidak diperdulikan, tidak memiliki kedekatan secara emosional dan tidak adanya dukungan dari pihak keluarga membuat informan melakukan self-injury Selain itu faktor lainnya disebabkan oleh permasalahan percintaan dan self-injury muncul karena adanya kemauan atas diri sendiri pada informan sangat besar untuk melakukan self-injury. This study aims to analyze the self-injury factor in adolescents in terms of the dynamics of self-injury self-injury behavior, the impact of self-injury characteristics and background. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection of this research was carried out in November 2021–January 2022. The data was collected using in-depth interviews and documentation from the perspective of self-injury actors and their closest people. Informants were selected using purposive sampling. There were 5 female research participants. This study uses the ATLAS.ti application to process and analyze data. The results showed that the self-injury factor was caused by the main factors originating from family problems such as trauma in childhood, busy parents, feeling that they were not cared for, did not have emotional closeness and the absence of support from the family made the informants do self-injury In addition, other factors caused by love problems and self-injury arise because the informant's self-will is very large to self injury.
