Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di ATV Adventure Indonesia Jakarta Timur. Perumusan masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu Responsiveness, Reliability, Tangibles, Assurance, dan Empathy pada ATV Adventure Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung ATV Adventure Indonesia berjumlah 100 orang. Validasi instrumen menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment sedangkan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), hasil kesimpulan penelitian tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di ATV Adventure Indonesia pada dimensi Responsiveness 81,25%, dimensi Reliability 80,43%, dimensi Tangibles 72,68%, dimensi Assurance 77,32%, dimensi Empathy 81,27%, dan hasil keseluruhan dimensi kualitas pelayanan 78,44%.*** This study aims to find out how service quality affects the level of visitor satisfaction at ATV Adventure Indonesia, East Jakarta. The formulation of the main problem in this study is how the level of visitor satisfaction relates to the dimensions of service quality, namely responsiveness, reliability, tangibles, assurance, and empathy. In this study, we used a quantitative descriptive research method along with the survey method. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample in this study consisted of 100 visitors of the ATV Adventure Indonesia. The instrument's validation uses product moment correlation, while its reliability uses the Alpha-Cronbach formula. Data analysis used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the results of the research conclusions on the level of visitor satisfaction at ATV Adventure Indonesia in the responsiveness dimension (81.25%), reliability dimension (80.43%), tangibles dimension (72.68%), assurance dimension (77.32%), empathy dimension (81.27%), and the overall results of the dimensions of service quality (78.44%).
