Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kebijakan sekolah selama pandemi dan juga penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan kepala sekolah di SMAN 2 Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif koorelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 50 dengan responden merupakan orang guru yang mengajar di SMAN 2 Pandeglang. Uji prasyarat dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji normalitas dan linearitas dengan hasil menunjukan data berdistribusi normal dan juga terdapat pengaruh linear antar kedua variabel. Sementara pada hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan pengaruh positif antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kebijakan sekolah selama pandemi. Hal itu ditunjukan dengan pengujian korelasi product moment menunjukan nilai signifikansi korelasi sebesar 0,00 ≤ 0,05 dengan nilai r hitung sebesar r = 0,819 ≥ r tabel = 0,279. Besaran dari pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kebijakan sekolah ditunjukan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,671, atau sebesar 67,1%. Sementara penerapan gaya kepemimpinan dari kepala sekolah di SMAN 2 Pandeglang yaitu condong ke arah Demokratis. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kebijakan sekolah selama pandemi di SMAN 2 Pandeglang. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style on school policies during a pandemic and also implementation style leadership used by the principal at SMAN 2 Pandeglang. The method used is a correlational quantitative approach. The sample in this study is 50 with the respondents being teachers who teach at SMAN 2 Pandeglang. The prerequisite test in this study was carried out by normality and linearity tests with the results showing that the data were norma y distributed and there was also a linear effect between the two variables. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing show a positive influence between the principal's leadership style on school policies during a pandemic. This is shown by correlation testingproduct moment showing a significant correlation value of 0.00 ≤ 0.05 with a calculated r value of r = 0.819 ≥ r table = 0.279. The magnitude of the influence of leadership style on school policy is indicated by the value of RSquare of 0.671, or 67.1%. While the application of the leadership style of the principal at SMAN 2 Pandeglang is leaning towards democracy. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership style on school policies during a pandemic at SMAN 2 Pandeglang.
