Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru dan Self Efficacy terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kreativitas Guru dan Self Efficacy terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMKN 12 Jakarta pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 152 dari total 244 populasi terjangkau yaitu siswa Kelas X. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan Analisis regresi Berganda dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dalam bentuk kuesioner melalui gform. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kreativitas Guru memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa dengan nilai uji-thitung 1,991 > ttabel 1,655. Selain itu, Self Efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa dengan nilai uji-thitung 6,673 > ttabel 1,655. Selanjutnya, Kreativitas Guru dan Self Efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa dengan nilai uji-fhitung 38,122 > ftabel 3,06. The purpose of the study entitled The Effect of Teacher Creativity and Self Efficacy on Student Learning Motivation is to find out how the influence of Teacher Creativity and Self Efficacy on Student Learning Motivation of SMKN 12 Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic period using a sample of 152 out of a total of 244 affordable populations, namely Class X students. The research is quantitative and uses Multiple Regression Analysis, and the data are collected online using a gform platform in the form of a questionnaire. With a ttest value of 1,991 greater than ttable 1,655, the study found that teacher creativity boosts student learning motivation.In addition, a ttest value of 6,673 greater than ttable 1,655 indicates that self-efficacy has a positive impact on student learning motivation. Additionally, a ftest value of 38.122 > ftable 3.06 indicates that Teacher Creativity and Self-Efficacy have a positive effect on Student Learning Motivation.
