Abstract

EVALUASI KINERJA GURU TERSERTIFIKASI DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU AS’SAADAH KALISARI JAKARTA TIMUR ABSTRAK Penelitian evaluasi kinerja ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru tersertifikasi di SDIT As’Saadah Kalisari Jakarta Timur dalam standar proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang didalamnya terdiri dari 3 tahap atau dimensi, yaitu : perencanaan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survey yang kemudian menggunakan model evaluasi kinerja metode peringkat (ranking method). Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan responden 8 orang guru tersertifikasi. Instrument yang digunakan ialah lembar penilaian dokumen, pedoman observasi, dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru tersertifikasi dalam standar proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terdiri dari : (1) perencanaan proses pembelajaran berdasarkan lembar penilaian dokumen baik dengan skor 100%, dan baik dengan skor 100% berdasarkan kuisioner; (2) pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran berdasarkan lembar pedoman observasi baik dengan skor 83.91%, dan baik dengan skor 94.54% berdasarkan kuisioner; (3) penilaian proses pembelajaran berdasarkan lembar pedoman observasi baik dengan skor 89.91%, dan 85.32% berdasarkan kuisioner; Pada dasarnya kinerja guru tersertifikasi berdasarkan penilaian kinerja melalui studi dokumen, observasi, dan kuisioner dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran adalah baik. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi kinerja, guru, sertifikasi, standar proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran   EVALUATION THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CERTIFIED TEACHERS FROM INTEGRATED ISLAMIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AS’SAADAH KALISARI EAST JAKARTA ABSTRACT This study of performance evaluation aimed to evaluate the performance of certified teachers in SDIT As'Saadah Kalisari, East Jakarta in the standards implementation process of learning that involves three stages or dimensions, namely: planning of the learning process, the implementation of the learning process, and learning assessment. The method used in this study is descriptive method with survey techniques were then used ranking methods of performance evaluation model (ranking method). In this study, there were 8 certified teachers as respondents. The instrument used was the assessment sheet documents, observation, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the performance of certified teachers in the learning process standards implementation that consists of: (1) planning of the learning process is good both based on the assessment sheet document (score of 100%) and based on a questionnaire (score 100%); (2) the implementation of the learning process is good both based on the sheet observation (score 83.91%)and based on the questionnaire (score 94.54%); (3) learning assessment is good both based on the sheets observation (score 89.91%) and based on a questionnaire (score 85.32%), Conclusion in this study, the performance of certified teachers based on performance evaluation through the study of documents, observation, and questionnaires in the planning, implementation, and assessment of the learning process is good Keyword : Performance evaluation, Teacher, Certification, Implementation of learning process.
