Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat reaksi dan hasil belajar peserta terhadap pelatihan The Organizational Zoo di Lentera Digital Global. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi Donald L. Kirkpatrick yang berfokus pada level 1 dan 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Penelitian ini juga merupakan penelitian studi populasi karena menggunakan semua peserta pelatihan yang berjumlah 10 orang sebagai sampel. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, pre-test dan post-test, dan tes unjuk kerja. Data yang didapat kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakaan statistik deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa untuk level 1 (reaksi) dari 5 komponen yang diteliti, menunjukkan empat komponen direspon dengan positif yaitu komponen Instruktur, Media Pelatihan, Materi Pelatihan dan Konsumsi. Komponen yang di respon negatif yaitu komponen Jadwal Pelatihan. Sementara itu untuk level 2 (belajar) hasil dari pemberian pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan seluruh peserta mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Dan untuk tes unjuk kerja menunjukkan ketiga kelompok mendapatkan nilai sangat baik. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of reactions and learning outcomes of participants towards The Organizational Zoo training in Lentera Digital Global. The evaluation model used was Donald L. Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model focusing on level 1 and 2. The research method used is descriptive method with survey techniques. This research is also a population study because it uses all 10 participants as a sample. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire, pre-test and post-test, and performance test. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that for level 1 which consisted of 5 components that were studied, shows that the four components that responded positively were the instructor, training media, training material and consumption. While the negative response component is the training schedule. Meanwhile, for level 2 (learning), the result of pre-test and post-test results showed that all participants had significantly improved. And the performance test shows that the three groups get very good grades.
